Angst Film Screening

Our entire City of Lakes Waldorf School community, including alumni and friends of the school, has free access to the documentary film Angst  from Thursday, June 4 through Wednesday, June 10. The film is 55 minutes long and is appropriate for ages 10 and up. We’ll host a live “watch party” on June 10 so that we can watch it together.

Immediately following that viewing, we’ll host a live, interactive webinar to discuss the film led by Dr. Jerry Bubrick, from New York City’s Child Mind Institute. You can see Dr. Bubrick’s bio here. Neela Bettaglio and Kerry Miller, the school’s educational support staff, will also be available during our discussion to speak to CLWS support services and to help direct people to local resources if needed.

We recognize and acknowledge that these are big times—overwhelming times. The film offers some specific and concrete tools you can begin to use right away. We hope you can join us for this unique opportunity.
